Mrs. Ninrat Mahamai
I am Amphan’s younger sister, born in 1953 at Chang Pean village. We lived in the same property, or “Khum” in Thai. Our property currently has 4 houses. I worked here since it first started then I quite to be a cook at a restaurant for couple of years then I return again in the year 2000. Thus, beside weaving fabric, I also cook for Bua Bhat whenever we have events, for example, the annual merit making ceremony on 28 July, or Thai New Year. Our traditional Lanna fermented rice noodle in tomato curry is renowned all the way to Bangkok!
